The coroner’s office has released the identification of two people who were found dead in separate incidents in December. The transient whose body was in Bucklin Park about 6:30 a.m. December 21 has been identified as Ricky Stafford, 59. The coroner’s deputy said that they have not been able to locate any next of kin for Stafford, only family members who have pre-deceased him. The coroner also released the identity of a Yucca Valley woman whose body was found December 21. Martha Williams, 63, was found about 9:20 a.m. in a vacant lot just east of Hopi Trail and Highway 62 in Yucca Valley.
