CHECK OUT NATIONAL PARKS ONLINE

There are multiple ways to use the Internet to find out what’s going on in the national parks.  Ranger Pam Tripp surveys what the Web has to offer…

Today’s social media sites allow us to look up and even discuss the latest trends and current events, while gathering information on our personal interests.  These days, media sites are also a great way to learn more about what is happening at your national parks.  At Joshua Tree National Park, visitors can learn about events, programs, camping and other park information by checking us out on Facebook and Twitter, as well as looking us up on our official national park website at www.nps.gov/jotr. In fact, the best way to find our Facebook and Twitter sites is to go to our official website and click on Plan your Visit.  To the right of this web page you can see and click on links for both social networking sites. Join Joshua Tree National Park in promoting your national park and helping us let you know what we offer for the many annual visitors. For further information, you can also contact us at 760-367-5500.
