The California Welcome Center has put out a call for art for its second annual California Art Festival. Winners of the contest will be able to display their art at the Welcome Center for an entire year. The cost to enter is $35 per entry, and artists may enter five works. The deadline to enter is March 1. Artists must be California residents. The art festival is set for April 25-26 at the California Welcome Center in Yucca Valley.
