Desert Images of Yucca Valley, which sells and services office equipment such as copiers and printers, was acquired by Advanced Imagine Solutions, effective January 1. AIS provides office technology to markets in Southern California and Nevada. With the acquisition, AIS will expand to the Coachella Valley and add more staff. AIS will combine Desert Images in Yucca Valley with its AIS operations in Palm Desert. Yucca Valley customers will continue to use the same contact information and work with the same Desert Images employees.
In a press release announcing the acquisition, Gary Harouff, president of AIS said, “This acquisition is another great step in furthering our expansion plans toward achieving our long-term business goals. We are excited to bring Desert Images and their client base into the AIS family. Their loyal customers will have access to more technology as we gain the experience of the Desert Images team.
