BURGLARIES AND BREAK-INS IN YUCCA VALLEY

Residents all over Yucca Valley reported burglaries and break-ins Tuesday. Burglary reports include a car left in a carport in the 54800 block of Martinez Trail and a fuel line was cut on a medical transport van, and the fuel stolen, at a medical office in the 58300 block of 29 Palms Highway. Homes were broken into and ransacked in the 7700 block of Amador Avenue, 7500 block of Rockaway, and 9000 block of Hermosa Avenue. In addition, a resident called about 2 p.m Tuesday to report that a suspicious person was knocking on doors in the 57300 block of Tecuya Way. When deputies arrived, they found a home had been broken into and ransacked. Anyone with information should call the Sheriff’s Department at 760-366-4175.
