A special guest at the Joshua Tree Library tomorrow. Reporter David Knutson invites you to go Above the Shelves with artist Robert Arnett….
As part of the Above the Shelves exhibit, Robert Arnett will present an artist talk at the Joshua Tree Library. This event is cosponsored by the Morongo Basin Cultural Arts Council and the Joshua Tree Friends of the Library. Light refreshments will be served. This is the first time the artist talk is coinciding with the second Saturday evening art events. Arnett’s desert studio is visited by hundreds of art lovers each year. He paints in oils outdoors and in his studios in Wonder Valley and Glendora with a primary focus on the Wonder Valley area. He will deliver his talk on Saturday, May 14, at 3 p.m. The Joshua Tree Library is located at 6465 Park Boulevard in Joshua Tree.
