ARMED ROBBERY SUSPECT SOUGHT IN YUCCA VALLEY

The Sheriff’s Department is searching for a man suspected of armed robbery in Yucca Valley last night. According to a Sheriff’s report, just after 7 p.m., a man, wearing a beanie and dreadlocks and a yellow reflective vest, walked into No Limits, in the 57500 block of 29 Palms Highway, and asked to see glass pipes. The clerk said when he put the glass pipes on the counter, the suspect brandished a silver revolver at him and demanded money from the cash register. Once he had the cash, the suspect fled the store in a westerly direction. Deputies found the beanie, dreadlocks, and reflective vest in a nearby dumpster.
