The Palms-N-Paws Animal Shelter is giving you a chance to save a life by adopting a pet. The shelter will host its second annual adoption day on Saturday, May 16, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. All adoptions on this day will include a first set of vaccines, a voucher for spay or neuter fees, a Home Again microchip (administered upon adoption of the pet), and a starter kit with coupons and information. With every adoption on May 16, the VCA 29 Palms Animal Hospital will provide the new family member with an additional $25 voucher for spay or neuter. All proceeds raised during the Adoption Day will go to the Palms-N-Paws Animal Shelter. There will also be a food drive, raffles and a bake sale. Adoption fees for this day ONLY will be $75 for dogs, $50 for puppies, and $30 for cats. This event takes place at the Palms-N-Paws Animal Shelter at 7086 Bullion Avenue in Twentynine Palms.
