This reminder, major roadwork on the Yucca grade starts today. CalTrans will replace the temporary delineators with permanent raised curb medians between East Drive and Yucca Park Road. In addition, the highway will be restriped for left-turn lanes, and a traffic signal will be added at Bella Vista Drive. Eastbound lanes will be reduced to one lane between 6 a.m. and 2 p.m.; westbound lanes will be reduced to one lane from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. The project is expected to be complete by the end of 2017.
