A LOSS FOR TWENTYNINE PALMS HIGH SCHOOL VOLLEYBALL, TENNIS

The Twentynine Palms High School Ladycats volleyball team lost in three hard-fought sets to the San Jacinto Tigers. Coach Missy Bond said the Ladycats were led by senior Tatiyanna Mackall, who had eight kills and four blocks. Junior Lindsey Scamman had three kills and two blocks for the night. Sophomore setter Gabby Mackall had 11 assists and one kill. The Ladycats are 3-2 in preseason and are traveling to Desert Mirage to play in the Salton Sea tourney tomorrow.
 
The Twentynine Palms High School Ladycats tennis team suffered their first loss of the season to the Tigers of San Jacinto. The Ladycats were led by Lexi Wade, who won two of her sets, and Alicia Gilchrist who won one set. The Ladycats are now 4-1 on the season.
