Feel good from the inside out with a sound bath. Rainbow Stew will hold a sound bath using quartz crystal bowls, Tibetan prayer bells, song pods, and more. Bring a pad, pillow, and water; please, no small children, pets, or cell phones. A suggested donation is $10. The sound bath will be held on Sunday, from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. at Rainbow Stew, on the south side of the highway in Old Town Yucca Valley. To reserve your spot at the event, or

Rainbow Stew will hold a class on brooms at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, February 10. Participants will hear the history of brooms and then decorate their own broom. All supplies are provided. The class fee is a sliding fee of $10 to $20. Call 760-418-5170 to reserve your spot.
